Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which XS Trades Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") may process refunds for transactions on the PULSAR.INK platform (the "Platform").

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, refund possibilities are limited. Please read this policy carefully before making any deposits.

2. Blockchain Transaction Finality

Cryptocurrency transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Once a transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain network, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified by any party, including the Company.

This means:

  • Deposits sent to your Platform wallet address and confirmed on-chain cannot be "un-sent"
  • Withdrawals that have been broadcast and confirmed on the blockchain are final
  • Funds sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered

3. Situations Where Refunds May Apply

3.1 Rejected Withdrawals

If a withdrawal request is rejected during our review process (e.g., due to compliance checks), the funds will be returned to your Platform balance. This is not a blockchain refund — the funds never left the Platform.

3.2 Failed Transactions

If a deposit is received but fails to be credited due to a Platform error (not a blockchain issue), we will investigate and credit the correct amount to your account.

3.3 Duplicate Deposits

If a duplicate deposit occurs due to a Platform error, we will credit the excess amount back or process a return upon verification.

4. Situations Where Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed on-chain transactions: Deposits or withdrawals that have been confirmed on the blockchain
  • Trading losses: Losses incurred from automated or manual trading activity
  • Market fluctuations: Changes in cryptocurrency value after deposit or during processing
  • User error: Funds sent to incorrect addresses, wrong networks, or unsupported tokens
  • Platform fees: Fees that have been correctly applied and disclosed at the time of transaction
  • Frozen accounts: Funds in accounts frozen due to AML/KYC violations or suspected fraud (subject to investigation outcome)

5. Refund Process

To request a refund where applicable:

  1. Contact us at contact@pulsar.ink with your Telegram username, transaction details, and reason for the refund request
  2. Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information
  3. If approved, the refund will be credited to your Platform balance or processed as a withdrawal, depending on the circumstances

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@pulsar.ink with a detailed explanation
  2. We will conduct a thorough review and respond within a reasonable timeframe
  3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service

7. Platform Fee Refunds

Platform fees are non-refundable once the associated transaction has been processed. Fee amounts are clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction.

8. Exchange Rate Differences

Due to cryptocurrency price volatility, the value of your deposit or withdrawal at the time of processing may differ from the value at the time of the request. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations and no refunds will be issued for value differences.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
