Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to PULSAR.INK (the "Platform"), operated by XS Trades Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered Business Company (No. 26981) incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, with registered address at Euro House, Richmond Hill Rd, P.O. Box 2897, Kingstown. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including the Telegram bot, Mini App, website at pulsar.ink, and all related services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency trading platforms is prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Service Description
PULSAR.INK provides an AI-powered cryptocurrency trading platform accessible through Telegram. The Platform offers:
- Automated trading strategies (Classic and Aggressive modes)
- Cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal functionality
- Real-time trading analytics and portfolio tracking
- A referral program for user acquisition
4. Account and Access
Access to the Platform is provided through your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and any actions taken through it.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when required
- Not share your account access with third parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits may be made in USDT (TRC-20) and other supported cryptocurrencies. All trading balances are denominated in USDT.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may require identity verification. We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, AML/KYC violations, or technical issues.
A platform fee may be applied to deposits and withdrawals as displayed in the application interface at the time of the transaction.
6. Trading
Trading on the Platform is automated through AI algorithms. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that:
- Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss
- The value of your holdings may decrease as well as increase
- You may lose part or all of your deposited funds
- We do not guarantee any specific returns or profits
7. Referral Program
Users may participate in our referral program by sharing their unique referral link. Referral bonuses are credited when referred users meet the qualifying conditions as displayed in the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral program (including self-referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation) will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account suspension.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
- Attempt to manipulate trades, prices, or the referral system
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform (except through our official interfaces)
- Circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
- Impersonate other users or provide false identity information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
9. Platform Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Freeze or block accounts suspected of violating these Terms
- Require identity verification (KYC) at any time
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service
- Change fees, limits, or trading parameters with notice
- Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology associated with the Platform are the property of XS Trades Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or market fluctuations
- We are not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XS Trades Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via Telegram. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
